I have born on September 16, 1984 in Koski T.L. but after I moved to Forssa in age of six years, I’m mostly a Forssa-boy who has advanced through Hyvinkää and Rauma to live now at the hoods of Hämeenlinna. I’m the most recent member of this band as I joined the group in the end of the spring 2009. Before Virgin Dream I have played drums among other bands in Myrha and Amy Bell. I’m also known as Maddict, Tri Yli-Sarja (myös gynekologian lisensiaatti), Dr. Over-Serious, Über-Z, Myny, Virveli… My equipment consists of Tama Swingstar –drumset with Paiste, Zildjian and Sabian cymbals.

About my hobbies I’d like to bring up tailing of societal things and ice hockey. I’m also that much of a fag that upkeeping my home is very important thing to me. So in my own perverse way I like cleaning up the house, washing the laundry, washing the dishes etc. etc. I have also a daughter less than one year old who often comes up with the different kind of things what to do so daddy won’t get bored.

I started to play music between the twelve and thirteen years old with an electric guitar I bought then. I played a guitar a few years before I fell in love with drums. Drums have been my main instrument since, from the year 2001. Excluding one percussion course I have acquired my drumming virtues by blood tasty practising with many different kind of musical projects.

Saying a few words about my musical vanguards I’d like to state that Muse is one of the hardest, Sentenced is one of the hardest and the oldest. To mention by name a few of those other ones: Absoluuttinen Nollapiste, Disco Ensemble, Coheed & Cambria, Alexisonfire, AFI, Placebo and let’s say The Hellacopters, and Soilwork. Of drummes I especially value in the technical know-how Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) and Sami Kuoppamäki (Kingston Wall), Josh Eppard’s (ex-Coheed & Cambria) and Dominic Howard’s (Muse) playing styles I like especially. Not forgetting Mikko Hakila (Disco Ensemble) and Tomi Krutsin (Absoluuttinen Nollapiste).
